On Wednesday, June 11, 14:00 to 15:00, the All-Party Parliamentary Group for International Students will host a Student Experience Roundtable to explore the contributions and costs of international students across the UK’s regions and nations.
This discussion will build upon an Expert Roundtable, examining the regional experiences and impacts of international students to identify best practices for sustainable outcomes and provide evidence for informed policy decisions on immigration, trade, education, and economic development. The session will also explore opportunities to strengthen collaboration among government bodies, educational institutions, and devolved administrations to ensure a joined-up approach to supporting international students.
International students studying across the UK are invited to share their perspectives. The insights from this discussion will feed into the APPG’s Inquiry report to be published in late June.
