On 21 March 2023 the APPG for International Students held its 2023 AGM and hosted a roundtable on international student recruitment, with a spotlight on recruitment agents.
Members of the APPG heard from both students and representatives of universities, colleges and schools, as well as from recruitment professionals working in external agencies and in institutional teams. The roundtable was hosted in partnership with the British Universities International Liaison Association (BUILA) and explored the international student journey and the important role education agents have in assisting prospective students apply and enrol to study in the UK.
